Please indicate your preferred operating radio frequency, in MHz. Please understand we will try our best to accommodate all requests, however, this may not always be possible. In case of two teams requesting the same frequency, it will be allocated in a first-come first-served basis.

Your consent

I confirm that I will duly read the Participation and Sponsorship agreement (attached here) for the sponsorship and participation of Teams in the 2023 European CanSat Competition, and upload a signed copy of such form, in pdf format, via the form provided and no later than 9 June 2023

I confirm that I will collect the Image consent form for all participating adults (attached here) and the Image consent form for all participating minors (attached here), one per participant, and upload a signed copy of such form, in electronic pdf format, via the form provided and no later than 9 June 2023

I acknowledge that I will have to provide, when required, an additional set of Personal Data for myself and my Team’s participants to Producciones Científicas y Técnicas (PCyT), acting as separate Data Controller to ESA, for the organization and logistics of the 2023 European CanSat Competition, as described in PCyT’s privacy policy (attached here)

I confirm that I will submit my team’s Pre-Launch Report (attached here) via the form provided and no later than 9 June 2023, 23.59 CEST

I have read and agreed with the collection and further processing of my personal data as described in the ESA Privacy Notice (attached here)

I agree for my contact details (name/email address, school or organisation type, subjects of teaching/mentoring, students’ age range in aggregated form, gender distribution in student team in aggregated form) to be processed by ESA, also after the conclusion of the 2023 European CanSat Competition, in order to be informed (individually, through emailing list, or newsletters) about future free-of-charge education opportunities and activities, and about additional possibilities to be involved (optional)
